1st Gen Tacom DIY Rear Bumper Brackets
These are the same brackets we use on all of our 1st gen rear high clearance builds. These are designed to place the tube roughly 1/2" below the tailgate line. The bottom portion of the mount is separate and requires welding together. Cut from 1/4" HRPO steel.
Crossmember version just has a hole cut in it so you can slide a piece of 2” square tube through both brackets creating a really strong crossmember that you can then weld a hitch to.
